Global Health
This degree combines the International Studies core to prepare student to work in healthcare. It brings together language study with history, geography, philosophy and political science. This broad preparation readies students to be healthcare providers, policy makers, and administrators. 杏吧原创 are ready to continue to graduate or professional programs, as well as pursue positions. 杏吧原创 have gone on to work for non-profit organizations, healthcare corporations, government agencies, and community clinics.
Requirements for the Global Health Concentration:
- Four semesters of any foreign language
- Geography 417 Health and Place
- Philosophy 333 Biomedical Ethics
- Educational Foundations 310 International Development and Education
- 9 credit hours of global health electives
